DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are process within 1-2 business days. Unfortunately, orders are not shipped on Sunday. We could delivered the item directly to our local store for online pick up.

We recommend to place an order before holiday or weekend so you could receive the order on time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, especially on holiday, shipments may be delayed for few days.

All our products are individually pack with a zip lock bag for safe delivery and to extend the quality of our jewelry. They are then bubble wrap to protect against any delivery damages. If you find your order damaged upon receiving, you must contact us withing 1 to 2 business days to issue a refund or exchange ( Please see our return policy).

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Domestic Order

All our shipping goes out with USPS for any domestic orders. They all are ship with Priority In-Cased cardboard box mail. It comes with a insurance as well as tracking number for your convenience. We do not charge extra cost for weight of the items, so please feel free to place an order with more items.

With Priority USPS mail, you will be able to receive your items within 1 to 2 business days. ( This does not include holiday or weekend) You will be able to track your item with tracking number we provide after placing order.

Overnight shipping is available only when you would like to have our item within a day but with a extra cost.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

International Order

All International shipping goes out with USPS as well. It will be ship in incased carboard box and all the items will be bubble wrap preventhing them from any outside damages. The package comes with a insurance as well as tracking number. Click the link for price quote.

Generally, the international shiping takes about 5 to 6 business days. This does not include Sunday.

You could be able to save shipping cost by using local service such as USPS, but if you choose other shipping carrier such as Fedex or UPS the price may change.

Cute! But unclear listing

I bought this as a gift for my sister, it arrived quickly, the packaging was super cute, and the product looks just like the pictures, HOWEVER, when I opened it up I realized I only had one earring😭 it was my fault because I chose “quantity 1” but I was under the impression that it would be one pair, not a single earring. I totally recommend the product, but keep this in mind!

Exactly as advertised, beautiful

So petite and delicate with a long dangling chain that catches the light, my piercings are quite small and the chain is so thin and pretty. So comfortable I never take them off, love!

Durable metal hair claw

It arrived pretty quickly, and the packaging was lovely.

It appears more durable than plastic claws that are always breaking. This one is metal.
It had a piece of the velvet coating missing, but it was on the inside where it doesn't show.
There's kind of a strong odor to it, so I'm planning to wash it by hand, and hopefully that will come out.

Brown teddy bear hair clip

Sososo cute! I have bought a cheaper version elsewhere before and the quality was not good or strong enough. Your product was perfect. I am a nurse and need a hair clip that is really strong but I also like to have a cute style. Thank you!!
