ORDER PROCESSING & LOCAL PICKUP
Processing Time: All orders are meticulously prepared and processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that our shipping department is closed on Sundays.
Los Angeles Local Pickup: For our local clients, we proudly offer a complimentary In-Store Pickup option. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we will notify you as soon as your order is ready at our LA boutique.
Holiday Volumes: We highly recommend placing time-sensitive orders well in advance of weekends and major holidays. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may experience slight delays due to high volume.
THE UNBOXING EXPERIENCE & PACKAGING To preserve the pristine quality of your 14k gold, each piece of jewelry is individually secured in an airtight, protective jewelry pouch to prevent any environmental exposure. Your items are then carefully cushioned and packaged in a crush-proof Priority box to ensure they arrive in flawless condition.
Note: If your package is damaged in transit, you must contact us within 1 to 2 business days of delivery to request an exchange. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete instructions.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES) All standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail (1-2 Business Days): Every shipment includes full insurance and a tracking number for your peace of mind. We offer a flat-rate shipping structure, meaning you are never charged extra for the weight of additional items in your order.
Overnight Delivery: Expedited next-day shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. (Please note: Overnight delivery is only available for addresses within the continental United States).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We gladly ship worldwide. Standard international orders are shipped via USPS International to ensure safe, trackable delivery.
USPS International (5-6 Business Days): All international packages are securely boxed, fully insured, and include tracking.
Upgraded Carriers: If you prefer an expedited international carrier, such as FedEx or UPS, you may select and pay for these upgraded options at checkout.
Please note: International transit times do not include Sundays or potential customs delays. Clients are solely responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & REFUSALS Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout, including all proper abbreviations and apartment/suite numbers. Pretty At Sam is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable. If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of the return transit.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Because we ship high-value items, we provide tracking and insurance on every order. However, Pretty At Sam is not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them as "Delivered." If your package is missing after being confirmed as delivered, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to open a trace and file a claim.
