Pretty At Sam Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely in love with your fine jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unworn, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original Pretty At Sam packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-sized or custom-engraved jewelry
Items purchased on Sale or Clearance
Gift cards
REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the jewelry.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at prettyatsam0218@gmail.com.
EXCHANGES (Including Ring Resizing) We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky! If you need to exchange an unworn piece for a different ring size, we are happy to accommodate this within our 15-day window. We also gladly replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at prettyatsam0218@gmail.com with your order number and the new size you are requesting. Once approved, you can mail your original, unworn item back to our studio. (Please note that custom or engraved pieces are not eligible for size exchanges).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important: Because you are shipping fine jewelry, you should always use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
