What materials do you use? We craft our pieces using solid 14k gold. Unlike gold-plated or vermeil jewelry, solid 14k gold is a durable, precious metal that will not rub off, flake, or turn your skin green. It is the perfect balance of beautiful golden color and everyday durability.

Is your jewelry waterproof and tarnish-free? Yes! Because our jewelry is crafted from solid 14k gold, it is completely waterproof and sweat-proof. You can confidently wear your pieces in the shower, at the gym, or while swimming without worrying about them tarnishing or fading.

How do I care for my 14k gold jewelry? While solid gold is meant to be worn daily, it can naturally collect lotions, oils, and dirt over time. To restore its original sparkle, simply soak your piece in a bowl of warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap. Gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry with a soft cloth.

SIZING & FIT

How do I know my ring size? We highly recommend having your finger professionally sized by a local jeweler for the most accurate fit. If you are measuring at home, please note that the thickness of a ring band can affect how it fits. (For example, a thicker band may feel tighter than a delicate 1.5mm or 2.5mm band).

Do you offer half sizes? Yes, we offer a curated range of standard sizes and half sizes. Please refer to the specific product page to view the exact sizing availability for each piece.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take? All in-stock items are processed and shipped from our Los Angeles studio within 1 to 3 business days. Once your package is handed over to the courier, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you require a signature for delivery? Because fine jewelry is highly valuable, we strongly recommend tracking your package closely. For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your solid gold pieces arrive safely in your hands.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We offer a 15-day return window. If you are not completely in love with your piece, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. The jewelry must be completely unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that custom pieces, engraved items, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Can I exchange a ring if I ordered the wrong size? Absolutely. We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky! If you need a different size, please email us at prettyatsam0218@gmail.com within your 15-day window, and our team will gladly help you process a size exchange for your unworn piece.
