How It Works: If your 14K solid gold item experiences an issue covered by our warranty within the first year, simply bring it back to our store or contact us with proof of purchase. Our skilled jewelers will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. This warranty applies only to 14K solid gold products purchased directly from Pretty at Sam and is non-transferable. We want you to wear your jewelry with confidence, knowing it’s backed by our promise of quality.
